Rose bengal active in metastatic melanoma

Phase 2 data indicates that the use of intralesional rose bengal (PV-10, Provectus) in patients with metastatic melanoma (n=40) compared favorably with traditional treatments for these patients. Among the patients, 33% achieved complete response, 28% achieved partial response and 18% had stable disease. Most adverse effects were mild to moderate. #8534.
